Benue State University 2013/2014 Post UTME Form is Out

The Post University Tertiary Matriculation Examination (PUTME) Screening Exercise for admission of candidates into undergraduate programmes of Benue State University, Makurdi(BSUM) for the 2013/2014 academic session will take place as from Friday 26th – Saturday 27th July, 2013.

Candidates that chose Benue State University, Makurdi as their Most Preferred First and More Preferred Second Choices and scored a minimum of 180 points in UTME are eligible to sit for the Post UTME screening, except for MBBS programme where only candidates who scored 200 points and above shall be eligible. Note, however, that for candidates who chose MBBS programme and scored a minimum of 180 points, but below 200 points shall be allowed to be screened under programmes in the Faculty of Science where their UTME subject combinations are applicable.

Candidates who applied for LL.B shall be allowed to sit for Post UTME but may be recommended for admission into other programmes with similar UTME subject combination and requirements.

Candidates are to print the 2013/2014 timetable for the Post UTME screening Exercise from BSUM 2013/2014 Post UTME Timetable Page.

PROCEDURE FOR PAYMENT & REGISTRATION

Candidates shall be required to:

1. Pay a non-Refundable fee to Benue State University, Makurdi Online in any of the designated banks using their UTME Registration Number as User ID and Password as follows:

Screening fee – 1,000.00

Processing fee – 1,500.00

Total -N2,500.00

2. Apply their UTME Registration Number and proceed to register Online for the Post UTME screening exercise at designated Centres on Campus from 3rd July, 2013.

3. Print the Online registration slip, the receipt of payment, and proceed to the Faculty of their programme of choice for documentation and signing by the Dean of the Faculty.

4. Produce JAMB UTME Online Result Slip with a recent passport photograph affixed to be submitted during the Screening Exercise.

5. Come along with writing materials for the screening.

6. Adhere strictly to their choice of programme at UTME.
