OAU Teaching Hospital School of Nursing Admission Form 2014 is on Sale

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into School of Midwifery of the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital OAUTH, Ile-Ife; an 18 month course starting September, 2014.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants for OAUTH School of midwifery must have WAEC/GCE/NECO with 5 Credit (at not more than two sittings) including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (No combination) and be a Registered Nurse (RN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria. Applicant awaiting the result of the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria Examination may also apply but must present registration number from N&MCN at the interview.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:

OAUTH School of Midwifery TEST AND SELECTION INTERVIEW

Written tests and Oral interview will be conducted at OAUTHC School of Nursing, Ile-Ife as follows:

Written Test: Tuesday 15th July, 2014.

Oral Interview: Wednesday & Thursday 16th & 17th July, 2014.

OAUTH APPLICATION CLOSING DATE:

Completed application forms together with photocopies of relevant credentials should be returned to the office where the forms were obtained on or before 5th July, 2014.
