Admission Requirements

Five (5) O’ Level credit passes in relevant  subjects at not more than two sittings. Candidates with not more than two deficiencies  in O’ Level subjects may be considered.

Fill and submit the application form online with the Bank Teller no. Kindly print application form after submitting.
Print out of application form must be submitted at the Registry Unit of Fountain University, Osogbo with photocopies of all credentials and payment receipt obtained from the Bursary Unit of the University
